Asset Management and Valuation for EBS

Through close collaboration with plant and substation managers, our consultants captured all asset data during various site visits. As a result of this analysis, comprehensive asset documentation was achieved within the designated timeframes. The project followed a structured approach, commencing with the development of a detailed inventory plan outlining the methodology and scope of asset assessment. Subsequently, a tailor-made application was used to systematically scan and catalogue asset data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process. After capturing the data, the current value and depreciation was determined, aligning with the requirements of financial transparency and accountability. Financial dashboards and a photo database provided an overview of the captured data for financial managers. By implementing a systematic approach to inventory management, EBS reinforced its operational resilience and financial transparency, laying a robust foundation for future growth and sustainability.
