Marga Buys has 20 years of experience in economic, financial, and regulatory projects in the energy market across Europe and the Dutch Caribbean. She started her career at ORTEC and later transitioned to regulatory roles, where she specialized in overseeing regional energy network operators, tariff definitions, and financial supervision of electricity companies. Since 2016, she has lived on Bonaire, where she currently works as an independent consultant for government and energy companies.
